Customers will receive a full refund on their purchase of Digital Products if the return request is received within 14 days of purchase. This includes digital products which are purchased as a access code, an eBook, or other digital product subscription. To obtain a refund, the customer will be required to fill out a support ticket and supply their order information to Customer Support on the Support Helpdesk.
